Canadian U19 Women Lose To Australia In Exhibition Play

VOIRON, FRANCE (July 16, 2017)  - Canada's U19 Women's National Team took on Australia in exhibition play, falling by a score of 69-56. The game was the second of three exhibition matches in preparation for the FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup 2017, to be held July 22-30 in Udine and Cividale del Friuli, Italy.

Aislinn Konig (Langley, BC) led the way with 19 points and 6 rebounds while Shaina Pellington (Pickering, ON) added 7 points and 3 rebounds. Hailey Brown (Hamilton, ON) chipped in with 7 points and 3 rebounds of her own. Click here for the box score.
