Nayo Raincock Ekunwe racked up 14 points to go along with five rebounds and a steal in Team Canadaâ??s 78-45 victory over Team Turkey in the Edmonton Grads International Classic. Ekunweâ??s 14 points proved to be the game-high alongside fellow teammate, Bridget Carleton. Ekunwe will be looking to continue her momentum into Canadaâ??s next meeting with Turkey this Friday evening in Edmonton. Congratulations on earning this week's Toyota Player of the Week!

Kelly Olynyk

Kelly Olynyk averaged a team-high 14 points to go along with seven rebounds per game and four assists per game over the course of two wins for Team Canada. Canadaâ??s two victories came against the Dominican Republic and the U.S. Virgin Islands to close out the first round of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Americas Qualifiers. Behind the leadership of Olynyk, Canada finished the first round of the qualifiers with a 5-1 record and secured first place in Group D.
