Canada Basketball Congratulates 2015 CABO Award Winners

TORONTO, ON (October 1, 2015) - On September 19th 2015, the Canadian Association of Basketball Officials (CABO) recognized 14 Canadian officials for their leadership and dedication to basketball.

"Congratulations to all of the officials who were recently recognized at the CABO AGM. Officials are an important piece of our sport development pathway," said Michele O'Keefe, President & CEO, Canada Basketball. "Some of these award winners have been recognized for their contributions to date and others to encourage them to stay involved."

CABO also administers the Ritchie/Nicurity Scholarships which are awarded to promising officials to provide financial assistance in furthering their education.
