SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (FIBA U18 Americas Championship 2018) - The draw ceremony for the FIBA U18 Americas Championship 2018 took place on Tuesday evening in the Regional Offices of FIBA Americas in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The results of the draw are as follows:
Group A: Dominican Republic, Panama, Puerto Rico, USA
Group B: Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Canada

The FIBA U18 Americas Championship will be played June 10-16 in St. Catharines, Canada, and will qualify the top-four teams to the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2019.
