Taryn Wicijowski (Regina, SK) had a terrific game for Utah when they played against Arizona last week. Taryn recorded 16 points and a game high, 13 rebounds, in 42 minutes of action. Taryn shot 7-of-14 from the field and helped Utah squeak by Arizona 65-60 (OT). Taryn leads her team in rebounds per game (8.4) and blocks per game (1.6).

Tamara Tatham (Brampton, ON) continues to have an impressive season with Halle. When Halle took on Heli Girls, she notched another double-double by scoring a game high 22 points and grabbing a season high, 15 rebounds.  Halle ended up winning a very close contest, 69-63. Tamara continues to lead her team in points per game (18.7), rebounds per game (10.2) and steals per game (3.4).

Leanne Evans (Port Moody, BC) was one of the only bright spots for 08 when they played against Umea. In the game where 08 lost 54-70, Leanne produced her sixth double-double of the season when she grabbed a season high, 14 rebounds and chipped in with 11 points. Leanne continues to lead her team in rebounds per game (9.2) and blocks per game (2.3).

Michelle Plouffe (Edmonton, AB) had an efficient weekend playing 2 games for University of Utah. In the first game she collected 10 rebounds and scored 11 points in a 65-60 (OT) win, over Arizona. The following game she led her team in points (15) and collected 7 rebounds in a lost to Arizona State, 51-59. Michelle leads Utah in points per game (14.6).

Katherine Plouffe (Edmonton, AB) sister of, Michelle Plouffe, had a great game for Marquette when they played Providence. In the 52-50 lost, Katherine did what she could by posting team highs in points (16) and rebounds (11).  Katherine leads Marquette in points per game (14.1) and rebounds per game (8.2).
