To tip-off National Coaches Week and say #ThanksCoach, Canada Basketball is hosting CBPD 2022, a one-day virtual professional development speaker series.
CBPD 2022 is a unique professional development opportunity that will recognize and highlight the integral role coaches play in helping to grow the game of basketball. Attendees will earn valuable PD points towards maintenance of their coaching certification.

Registration is just $15 with proceeds from the event supporting the development of coach education across Canada.
National Coaches Week (September 17-25) is a time to celebrate the positive impact coaches have on athletes and communities across Canada. This annual campaign is an opportunity to recognize coaches for the integral role they play, and to take time to say #ThanksCoach.
In addition, the Canadian Basketball Officials Commission (CBOC) is also hosting a dedicated session for referees, referee coaches and administrators. CBPD 2022 for Officials will feature a full lineup of Canadian and international presenters, totalling five speaker sessions on a variety of topics.

Canada Basketball’s Super Clinic will return in Spring 2023 with in-person programming and events for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional information will be announced in early 2023.
