Get Your Tickets Now For FIBA WC Qualifiers In Ottawa

TORONTO, ON (June 25, 2018) - Never before have there been so many opportunities to see the Senior Men's National Team compete against elite competition here on home soil. With a total of four games from east to west taking place in less than two weeks, the team has an intense schedule of games that'll be sure to entertain all Canadian hoops fans.

The action began last night in Ricoh Coliseum, where Canada defeated the Dominican Republic 97-61, as both Canada and Dominican are now 4-1 in their qualifying games going into their second matchup in Phase 3. Four Canadian players ended in double digits in the win against Dominican Republic.  RJ Barrett, Melvin Ejim, Dillon Brooks and Kelly Olynyk all finished with 14 points, along with Olynyk leading the team with 9 rebounds.

Following their win in Toronto, it's off to the nation's capital where they'll play the the US Virgin Islands on July 2nd in another  FIBA World Cup Qualifier at the Arena at TD Place.
