This giving season, make the assist with the Canada Basketball Foundation (CBF) to help grow the game from coast-to-coast-to-coast.

The Canada Basketball Foundation recently launched its “Make the Assist” campaign, which kicked off on Giving Tuesday in hopes of raising $75,000 to develop, expand and grow the sport across Canada. The fundraising campaign will support three priority areas including youth outreach, officials development and Canada’s national teams. Specifically, your donations will go towards the following initiatives:

Rising Stars

By attracting more young people to the sport, we introduce the fundamentals of basketball to make players for life and identify a new generation of rising stars.

Leaders

Developing coaches and officials who oversee the development of athletes as basketball players and citizens through the positive value of teamwork.

National Teams

Contributing to provide best-in-class resources for our national teams. When our teams excel in international competition, we all share in the pride of being Canadian.
