Nik Stauskas (Mississauga,ON) Soph. Guard, Michigan Wolverines
Nik Stauskas is the Big Ten Player of the Week in the NCAA. In his last game, Stauskas buried a dagger in the final seconds of a big upset win against Wisconsin. The Mississauga, ON native stole the show that night posting 23 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, a steal and a block in the 72-70 win. Stauskas averages 18 points and 4 rebounds. Emily Potter (Winnepeg, MB) Freshman Forward, Utah Utes
Over the weekend, Emily Potter had herself two double-doubles for the Utah Utes. On Friday, versus Washington, Potter had 10 points and 14 rebounds. Aylmer, QC native Olivier Hanlan had two great games this week. On Saturday versus North Carolina, the sophomore guard posted 16 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds and one block. In an equally impressive game, Hanlan had 19 points, 2 assists, one rebound and one assist against Georgia Tech last night. He is currently averaging 19 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.
