TOURNAMENT SCRAMBLE FORMAT

- Each golfer hits a tee shot.

- Team then decides which shot they would like to play.

- Second shots are played.

- Same process repeats until the ball is holed for a team score.

COURSE RULES

- Bunkers do not have rakes. If you are in a footprint or other unplayable lie, smooth with your foot or hand and place the ball within one club length, no nearer the hole.

- Replace all divots and ball marks.

- Cart rules to be determined day of event.

SWAG & PRIZING

- Each golfer will receive swag at the start of the event valued at $475. (unless request to opt out of swag for maximum tax receipt has been made)

- The 1st Place Finishing Team will receive Tissot watches for each golfer.

- There will be other competition holes on the course with additional prizing available.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

- Please note that our hosts at King Valley Golf Club are following and enforcing theOntario provincial guidelines for COVID-19 protocols. Signage with instructions will be posted at the event.

- Stay home if you or anyone you live with:‍

·  Are feeling unwell or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms,

·  Are waiting for test results,

·  Traveled outside Canada within the past 14 days,

·  Had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

- Wash hands often and for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

- Avoid physical contact greetings, such as handshakes.

- Maintain a distance of at least 2 metres from others.

- Meal service will be available to all on the restaurant patio, with heat lamps if the weather is cool. In order to eat inside the restaurant, golfers must show proof of vaccination status.

- Wearing a mask or face covering is mandatory indoors. A mask or face covering must be worn outdoors if physical distancing cannot be maintained, including while waiting in line for any amenity or service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Consecutive start times – 10 minutes apart.

- Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your tee time to register.

- Drive to the front of the clubhouse to drop off your golf bag and register, then park car.

- There is a driving range and putting green available for use (opens at 8am).

- Snack, coffee and tea offered before teeing off, on-course food at halfway mark, and post-golf meal where golfers can choose to eat in the restaurant or on the patio.

- Complimentary beverages are available on the course and in the restaurant.

- We will be using Golf Genius to track live scoring. If you don’t use the app, hand in your score card following play to the Pro Shop who will tabulate all scores. The top finishing team will be notified post event.
