Joey Haywood (Vancouver, BC) continued his all-star caliber play this past week, averaging 24 points per game in two Halifax Rainmen victories. Haywood averaged 24 points per game on a ridiculous 70% shooting from the field. He contributed in other areas as well, averaging 2 assists and 3 steals per game.

Tut Ruach (Toronto, ON) had an impressive game for the Oshawa Power in their wild January 12th 131-122 victory over the Summerside Storm. Ruach finishing with 20 points on 7-14 shooting from the field to go along with 2 rebounds and 3 assists.

Kevin Shand (Toronto, ON) had a memorable first game with the Oshawa Power on January 12th. Shand, the 6’10 centre, pulled down an impressive 10 rebounds, including 5 on the offensive end. He also chipped in with 3 points and 1 assist.

Isaac Kuon (Mississauga, ON) had a good statistical week for the Saint John Mill Rats, despite the team dropping a pair of games to the Halifax Rainmen and the London Lightning. Kuon averaged 15.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game.

Kevin Francis (Toronto, ON) had another productive week for the Saint John Mill Rats. Francis averaged 11 points on 45% shooting from the field, 5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
