When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts. On January 28, join the conversation with Canada Basketball on this year’s Bell Let’s Talk day.

What is Bell Let's Talk?

Bell Let’s Talk encourages Canadians to join the conversation and be a part of a powerful movement to remove the stigma around mental illness. The goal of the campaign is to increase support in services and care, anti-stigma strategies, world-class research, and workplace health initiatives.

Last year’s event had a record-breaking 154,387,425 interactions to raise $7.7 million for mental health initiatives across Canada. This year, Bell is hoping to break that!

Mental illness affects people of all ages, education, income levels, and cultures and indirectly affects all Canadians at some time through a family member, friend or colleague. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 1 in 5 people in Canada will personally experience a mental health problem or illness.
